1. GPS
All our vehicles are well equipped with GPS, so that we can track our trucks in real time. This allows for full visibility of locality of waste collection and waste tonnage collected thus ensuring credibility.

2. Onboard Weighing
Incorporating the latest technology, we can conduct onboard weighing so as to get you the most reliable and accurate measurements of your tonnage fast and efficiently.

Rear End Loader (REL)

Our Rear End Loader collects according to a scheduled timetable from bulk bins of different sizes (120,240, 360, 660, 1100 litres) as well as from open and enclosed steel containers. Our RELs are fitted with a GPS tracker to enable us to track the truck location and update collection statuses. REL collection services are most suited for those who generate a moderate amount of incinerable waste that can be stored in a bin for scheduled collection.

Key Standard Features:

  • Loadcells are present in our RELs. They weigh the load that is taken in per bin and the current load of the rubbish inside the vehicle. This allows us to gauge if the vehicle is full and a trip to the incineration plant is due.

Roll On Roll Off Open Top Containers (RORO OTC)

Our Open Top Containers (OTC) are placed on site and are mostly used to store bulky waste and non-incinerable trash (e.g. Bulky items, big appliances, metal pieces, etc). It is also suitable for heavy, bulky, or high-density materials such as construction debris and industrial waste. It is mobile and is suitable for a one-time large-scale collection. Upon collection, the OTC will be towed away via the hooklift / roll on roll off* system.

Smart containers

Highlights of our smart containers:

An installed Internet of Things (IoT) system allows us to monitor the status of our vehicle in real-time and make relevant arrangements accordingly. Some examples of what IoT allows us to do include:

  • Estimate when the truck will be filled for better route planning purpose
  • Accurately point out where a fault has occurred in our vehicle so we can inform our customers in advance if there are delays in collection
  • Generate reports

Compactor

Our mobile compactors are housed on customers’ premises. Both storage and compaction are integrated into one body such that waste management is efficient. Compacted loads reduce waste clearing frequencies thus resulting in transportation cost savings. Our compactors are customisable such that we can provide the best fit for your needs. This service is an economic solution for customers producing high volume of low-density waste. Upon collection, the compactors will be towed away via hook lift / Roll on Roll off system. It is mostly used by commercial premises such as malls and hotels where they consistently generate a high waste output.

Dustdrum

Dustdrum are situated permanently in bin centres and act as both a storage unit and compactor in one! The waste is first lightly compacted in the dustdrum in the spinning motion thus promoting the discharge of liquid before being discharged into the REL and further compacted. It is easy to use, environmentally friendly, versatile, and safe. Fully automated, the dustdrum will operate simply at the touch of a button and is compatible with a wide range of bin sizes namely 120,240,360,and 660 litres. This allows for a clean and hygienic environment with no pungent odour or spillages (Enclosed system; better pest control and minimise pest);
